With more and more schools moving to online learning, more questions arise about what will be open and what will be accessible for athletes in the fall.
We have designed these workouts for individual players and teams to keep the athletes working on their individual skills during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We have put together 24 individual workouts that are available to individuals and teams. These videos are designed to advance the overall skill set in regards to what is listed below:
1. Defining mental toughness and becoming mentally tougher.
2. Improve ball quickness and the off hand.
3. Dribble moves- with an emphasis on getting to the rim with as few dribbles as possible. Less is more.
4. Attacking Skills at the basket. (Finishing Moves)
5. Pivoting/Footwork
6. Shooting Technique and Competitive Shooting Drills
7. Shooting Footwork 1-2 Step, Inside Foot Pivot, and the Hoop
